Every one saying to leave far away from carbide c++, but sorry to say I like that way mostly guy ignore to say It is not realizable and easy.

I had a tough time with Carbide.c++ not detecting a freshly installed SDK (S60 2nd Edition FP2), but this article helped me solve the issue. Thanks & keep up the good work.

Because people more often listen to music at lower fidelity, record labels are compensating by making music louder… so it catches your ear. This has resulted in an industry phenomenon: louder music begets louder music. It’s a loudness war of sorts, where some record labels are fearful of releasing music that’s not loud enough, or not competitive enough. Gotta be competitive, right? But this loudness war causes problems…

Hi! I’m symbian c++ developer. I have tried Carbide.c++ developer edition. I liked the UI Designer. But the UI Component Properties are very poor. I’d tried a listbox. But there were not some listbox’s properties (findbox’s …, Scrollbar i.e.) I hope, nokia will release new good version of carbide.c++ dev.ed soon.

You’ll have to do the following:

Include in your code, use of of the RDebug::PrintXXX functions for the dump. E.g.

#include

void SomeFunction()
{
RDebug::Printf(”Yahoo! Error code: %d”, -1); // Print uses char*
RDebug::Print(_L(”Yahoo! Error code: %d”), -1); // Print uses TDes
}

The output should be displayed in the codewarrior output window, or you can find it in the %temp%\epocwnd.out file

I’m using s60 3.0 WITH Carbide C++ but I can’t c output on Carbide’s console nor can I find the above mentioned file.
